Keep the Receipt
You'll receive an emailed confirmation. Save it for your records.

How do I pay my invoice?
Use the secure payment button on this page. It opens our Clio payment portal, where you can pay using the invoice number shown on your statement.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Clio, the practice management platform used by the firm. Card and bank details are entered on Clio's encrypted payment page and are never stored on this website.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit and debit cards and bank transfer are generally accepted through the Clio payment portal. The options available to you appear on the payment page.
Can I pay a flat fee before work begins?
Yes. Flat-fee services such as LLC formation ($699) and trademark registration ($1,500) are typically paid up front. You'll receive an invoice or payment link when your engagement agreement is signed.
Do government filing fees go through this page?
State formation fees and USPTO fees are separate from our legal fees. We'll tell you clearly which fees are ours and which are paid to a government agency.
