Breanna McCarthy

Founding Partner

Breanna focuses her practice on nonprofit 501(c) formation, for-profit corporations, and intellectual property portfolios. She earned her Juris Doctor and a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Kansas, and is a member of The Florida Bar.

Before private practice, Breanna worked in the Kansas Secretary of State's office handling trademark and business filings. With nearly a decade in private practice, she brings hands-on experience to every nonprofit and business matter, and a reputation for making difficult administrative tasks feel manageable.

Channing Thomas

Founding Partner

Channing concentrates on nonprofit formation, business operations, and intellectual property. He holds a B.A. in English Literature and Philosophy from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law from Campbell University.

Channing clerked for a judge on the North Carolina Court of Appeals and for a justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia, and has practiced at established firms. He is an active nonprofit board member and community volunteer, bringing both legal skill and a genuine commitment to mission-driven work.
